Looking to win big on Pinterest, e.l.f. Cosmetics came to our team looking for ideas that would elevate the brand's presence on Pinterest and make a splash in the social space. To do just that, our team concepted, built, and launched Color e.l.f.nalysis– a tool that uses a single photo to provide users with their color season, and of course, the corresponding Pinterest board with links to the specific products and shades that will harmonize with their season so they look e.l.f.ing amazing!
We worked closely on all aspects of the campaign, from ideation through execution. In my role as Senior AD on the project, I worked on defining the campaign branding, establishing the color palette and creating design elements, like the tiles featured throughout the campaign. I led the UI/UX design of the microsite, creating the flow and wireframes from the ground up and working with the development team to ensure the visual direction was captured as the site was built. I oversaw production of all the press release and social assets our team provided for the launch and sustain periods of the campaign, producing many of them myself. I even spent a day on set capturing footage to be used in campaign promo. Our assets went live across Instagram, TikTok, and of course, Pinterest. Check out a few of the POV moodboards (my personal fave) below.
The campaign saw major success and picked up press coverage across outlets like Adweek, Nylon, Glossy, People Magazine, and more!
